1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AffiliateStream AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AffiliateStream AI provides AI-powered live streaming tools for affiliate marketing, including voice cloning, face animation, product scraping, automated sales scripts, and multi-platform streaming capabilities.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One person or entity per account — sharing accounts is prohibited
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
4. AI Content & Persona Usage
- You may only upload voice samples and facial images of yourself or with explicit written consent from the person depicted
- Using another person's likeness without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination
- AI-generated content is automatically labeled with C2PA metadata as AI-generated
- You are responsible for ensuring your AI-generated streams comply with all platform guidelines (TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, etc.)
5. Prohibited Uses
- Impersonating another person without consent
- Streaming illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Promoting counterfeit or prohibited products
- Artificially inflating clicks or conversions (click fraud)
- Circumventing platform anti-fraud or anti-bot systems
- Using the Service for harassment, spam, or scams
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without authorization
6. Payment & Billing
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- One-time passes (Daily/Weekly) are non-refundable after activation
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
7. GPU & Compute Usage
Streaming hours are metered based on actual GPU compute usage. Unused hours from passes do not roll over. Subscription hours reset monthly on your billing date.
8. Intellectual Property
AffiliateStream AI retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and technology. You retain ownership of your uploaded content (voice, images, product data). AI-generated stream content is licensed to you for commercial use during your active subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: platform bans, revenue losses, stream downtime, or third-party service failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
