Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
  • Pro-rated refunds may be granted within the first 48 hours of a new subscription if no streaming hours have been used

2. One-Time Passes (Daily / Weekly)

  • Passes are non-refundable once activated
  • A pass is considered activated when the first stream session is started
  • If a pass was purchased but not activated within 30 days, a full refund may be requested

3. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service (e.g., server downtime exceeding 4 hours, GPU unavailability), you may request:

  • Streaming hour credit extension (preferred)
  • Pro-rated refund for the affected period

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID (found in Billing & History)
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Platform bans (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) — these are outside our control
  • Dissatisfaction with AI voice/visual quality (we recommend using the free teaser first)
